1. Who we are
This website is operated by LEMON AGENCY JAKUB ZWOLIŃSKI, al. Solidarności 68/121, 00-240 Warsaw, Poland, VAT ID (NIP): 7712932784, acting as the controller of personal data collected through this site (the "Controller"). Services for clients in the United States are provided by LEMON AGENCY LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, Wyoming, USA - part of the same Lemon Network group. 2. What data we process
We process data you provide voluntarily: through the contact form (name, company, phone number, email, message) and through the Calendly booking system (name, email, selected time slot). We also process technical data related to your use of the site (IP address, browser type, cookie data - to the extent you consent to).
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to: (a) respond to your inquiry and present an offer - Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in communicating with prospective clients); (b) conclude and perform a contract - Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; (c) run analytics and marketing, including remarketing - solely based on your consent given in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); (d) establish or defend legal claims - Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Recipients
Data may be shared within the Lemon Network group (including LEMON AGENCY LLC, where you contract US services) and entrusted to providers supporting our services: hosting, meeting scheduling (Calendly), CRM and automation tools, and - where you consent to analytics or marketing cookies - the providers of those tools (including Meta Platforms and Google). Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; such transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other GDPR-compliant mechanisms.
5. Retention
Inquiry data is kept for the duration of the correspondence and offer process, then for the limitation period of potential claims. Contract data - for the term of the contract and periods required by law (including tax law). Cookie data - for the lifetime of the given cookie or until consent is withdrawn.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, object, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO). For any data matters, write to biuro@lemonagency.net.
7. Cookies
The site uses necessary cookies (required for the site to work, including remembering your cookie decision - based on our legitimate interest) and - only with your consent - analytics and marketing cookies (e.g. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) used for traffic analysis and personalized advertising, including remarketing. You can accept or decline them in the cookie banner and withdraw consent by clearing cookies in your browser, which will display the banner again.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated, e.g. when the tools we use change. The current version is always available at this address.
